Women on Weights (Fee)
Taught by a nationally certified personal trainer, this is a new female-only fitness class that focuses on YOUR needs! This class will help you gain strength without the bulk in a non-threatening environment.
Men's Strength and Conditioning (Fee)
The resistance exercises will help push every muscle in your body and give you a total cardio-workout. This class is taught by a nationally certified personal trainer. This class combines traditional exercises, calisthenics and training drills to focus on developing strength, stamina and agility.
Cycle (Fee)
This indoor cycling class taught by certified instructors that consists of amazing cardio challenges, varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs, and more! Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals. This class is great for beginner to advanced participants - because participants set their own resistance levels.
Rise and Ride (Fee)
Wake up and enjoy a ride as the sun fills our windowed studio. This class will incorporate flat runs, hills and sprints while allowing the participant to set goals and advance at his/her own pace. This class will get your morning going and get you off to a great start!
Cycle and Core (Fee)
Want to get a great cardio workout, combined with abdominal work? Join us for Cycle and Core! This class will include a 55 minute segment of intense cycling, followed by 15 minutes of core work. You will be able to control your workout by adjusting the resistance on the bike and pushing yourself to the limit in core exercises!
Endurance Ride(Fee)
Join our instructor for a longer ride focused on increasing cardiorespiratory fitness. This class will take your fitness to the next level by incorporating longer runs and hills into an endurance ride lasting 75 minutes. Get ready to hit the bike and stay a little while!
TRX (Fee)
This class will include bodyweight exercises that are challenging for conditioned participants yet simple enough for beginners to learn and execute. Also, range of motion and dynamics of the system allow participants to perform unique, multi-plane exercises with varying resistance you can't do on any other exercise machine.
AbSolutions
This 15-minute class is a highly concentrated core workout focusing on the abdominals and lower back.
Batuka
Batuka is a celebration of movement which incorporates one of a kind music and high energy dance moves. 'Batuka' is derived from the Brazilian Batucada, which is a festive and vibrant gathering of people enjoying music, rhythm, and dance. It utilizes international dances from bollywood and salsa all the way up to disco. Experience a more involved dance class with intricate moves for a one of kind workout!
Boot Camp
A mentally and physically challenging high intensity interval training class that pushes your body to its limits using athletic conditioning and resistance and body weight.
Cardio Combo
A high-intensity cardiovascular workout that will keep you guessing. Exercises may range from choreographed floor aerobics, interval training, calisthenics and resistance training.
Cardio Dance
Combines traditional cardio moves with dance choreography for non-stop groove!
Cardio Strength Intervals
A movement packed class that includes cardio intervals intertwined with toning intervals that utilize a variety of exercises and equipment.
Hip Hop
A high energy dance class that draws on the hottest new moves influenced by the rhythmic beats of the music.
Insane Intervals
An intense cardio-based workout that incorporates high impact interval training.
Maximum Output
This is the ultimate high intensity interval class! This workout includes strength, endurance, plyometrics, core & functional training exercises interspersed with intense interval training. Grab your water, towel, and energy and get ready for a sweat-drenched sculpting session.
Outdoor Boot Camp
An outdoor high Intensity, non-stop bootcamp style class building strength and endurance by using tires, ropes, sledge hammers, logs and more. Be prepared to get mentally stronger as you push through the physical challenges.
Power Hour
A group strength class targeting the entire body, core and sometimes more. Utilizing body weight as well as functional training tools such as BOSU balls, weights, stability balls, and more.
Progressive Postures
A yoga-inspired class that concentrates on moving meditations coordinated with deep breathing to integrate your body, mind, and spirit.
Raise the Bar
A challenging strength training class that strengthens your entire body. This 50 minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, lunges, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the workout you came for!
Smartbells
The first ergonomically-designed weight that conforms to your body with correct hand grip orientation for safer functional fitness exercises. SmartBells are light weights that are used to facilitate flowing circular and rotational movements that allow many muscles to work in unison for a "full-body" workout. These intelligent movements develop what has become known as "functional fitness" … in other words, muscles are developed to help one perform better in sports as well as daily activities. Each class will be a mixture of cardio intervals, weight training, flexibility, and core exercises that will challenge you to be fit and healthy-even past Spring Break!
Step and Sculpt
Cardiovascular and strength train simultaneously with this combination class. Traditional step combinations are paired with strength training exercises to get a total body workout!
Step and Shine
A 50 minute early morning step aerobics class geared specifically towards individuals looking to work on their cardiorespiratory fitness. This group fitness class will always begin with more simple moves on the step and will progress to more complex moves as the sun begins to rise. Individual intensity can always be increased or decreased by either increasing the height of the step or by the modifications provided by the instructor creating a personalized workout for individuals across all fitness levels. The goal of this class is to leave you with a good aerobic workout while also giving you an early morning boost of energy to leave you shining among your peers throughout the rest of the day!
Step It Up
Step up to a great cardio workout! This class is focused on strengthening lower body muscles through intense cardio movements on a step platform. This class is high impact and will offer modifications for beginners to advanced steppers.
Total Body Sculpt
Maximize your body's fat burning potential by adding strength training exercises to your routine! Utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine and stability balls, your body will be burning calories, build lean muscle mass, and get a total body workout in under an hour! Our instructors will demonstrate a variety of exercises that target each muscle group for a complete workout-from head to toe!
Turbo Kick
This interval based class created by Chalene Johnson is featured in over 20,000 different health clubs in the US and around the world. The workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere.
Yoga Flow
A yoga-inspired class with a flowing sequence of postures and poses designed to increase strength, flexibility, and muscle tone.
Yogalates
Yoga and pilates come together to form this fusion class! This class utilizes the core coordination of pilates with the added flexibility of yoga to give you a great fused workout!
Zumba
Zumba is a dance aerobic workout that uses footwork and body movements from Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and other Latin dances all to the beat of sizzling hot Latin rhythms.
