Group Exercise and Personal Trainer Training Classes
University Recreation offers students, faculty and staff the opportunity to enhance skills and learn what it takes to be a group exercise instructor or personal trainer. These courses are taught by qualified professionals and are a great way to broaden your skill set. To learn more, check out the specific website (group exercise or personal trainer).

Monday-Thursday 9 am - 8 pm
Friday 9 am - 6 pm

GROUP FITNESS CLASS POLICIES:

10-minute rule: Participants may enter a class up to ten minutes after the scheduled start time. Entrance is prohibited after ten minutes ensuring that all participants arrive early enough to become sufficiently warmed up for the more vigorous parts of the class. Please respect this rule and the instructor when he/she enforces it.
- Cancellation Policy: Please note that the group fitness schedule is subject to change. Each group fitness class offered must have 3 or more participants for 3 consecutive weeks or the class will be taken off the schedule for the remainder of the semester.
