Flu Clinic
Thursday and Friday, October 9th and 10th
The Flu Clinic will be held in the Playzone in the Carmichael Recreation Center, Thursday, October 9th from 1p-5p and Friday, October 10th from 7a-11a.
Miller Fields Closed
Miller Fields will be closed for Fall Break begining Thursday, October 9th through Sunday October 11th for maintenance.
University Open House
Saturday, October 18th
Carmichael Complex and Talley Student Center will be opening their doors to over 6000 prospective NC State students and parents on October 18th. Courts 1-4 will be closed for set up on Friday, October 17th. Courts 1-8 will be closed until 3pm on Saturday, October 18th.
Campus CPR Challenge
Learn to save a life with the American Red Cross and Carmichael Complex. The Third Annual Campus CPR Challenge will be held in the Carmichael Recreation Center's Playzone on November 14th and 15th. Click here for more detailed information.
Carmichael Complex Hand Stamp Policy
Beginning October 1st, Carmichael Complex will no longer issue hand stamps for those wishing to run outside. Members must have their All Campus Card or know their ID number to access the facility.

Team Carmichael Recruitment will be held on Monday, November 3rd and Tuesday, November 4th from 4:00p - 7:00p in the Recreation Center's Play Zone.
Women's Only Weight Room Hours
We are excited to announce Women's Only Weight Room hours will begin
September 2nd in Room 1202 of Carmichael Gym. The hours will be Tuesdays
from 6p-8p and Thursdays from 4p-6p. A personal trainer will be
available on Tuesday from 6.30p-7.30p and Thursday from 4.30p-5.30p to
answer questions on how to use the equipment.
Looking for Heavy Dumbells?
Dumbells up to 125 lbs are now available in Weight Room 1201 in Carmichael Gymnasium.
Water Conservation Efforts
Raleigh has gone to Stage 1 restrictions, but it is still very important to be mindful of our consumption and point out problems to staff, like a constantly running toilet or leaky faucet. With everyone's help we can make a difference.
