For
withdrawal requests before the last day
of the official drop period in a given semester, students may walk in to
the Counseling Center during regular
walk-in hours. These are
Weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. except Wednesday, when the hours are 11
am to 4 pm.
Students should be aware that they will be seen as quickly
as possible and that the Counselor will serve the role of
explaining the process or answering any questions the student
may have. The Counselor can explain any impact the withdrawal
may have on the student's academic eligibility, financial
aid, international student status, eligibility as an athelete,
and progress toward degree.
Upon arrival at the Counseling Center, the student will
complete the Withdrawal Application. When meeting with a
Counselor, the student will receive the Withdrawal Clearance
Sheet. The student must walk the Withdrawal Clearance Sheet
through the appropriate offices and ultimately leave the
form at office of Registration
& Records in Harris Hall.
