1. Welcome/Announcements

• General overview of meeting.

2. Technology Update

• Leslie and Eddie and others presented at the recent NASPA/ACPA Joint Meeting in Orlando, Florida. Presentations included much of DETAG's work. There was much interest by audience participant's in DETAG and its role. See the presentations online.
• Please attend the EOY program and support all the individuals nominated for the Technology Initiative Award.
• Several more units need to complete the Departmental Technology Checklist and Leslie is working with them.

3. Technology Initiative Award

• Proposals were reviewed.
• Each DETAG member is to email their rankings of the proposals to Leslie ASAP.
• Leslie will submit the final vote information to the Vice Chancellor's office.
  

4. Review Student Portal

• Leslie demonstrated the current student portal and there were many suggestions for adjustments to content and organization.
