3. Spring 2003
Meetings
- The Group agreed
to meet more frequently during the Spring Semester - every two weeks. The
overall meeting time will still be two hours. However, the last 30 minutes
will be used for DETAG training, and we will work to be more efficient during
the first 90 minutes.
4. Web Standards
- The draft
was reviewed. Several suggestions were made and will be incorporated.
- Starting very
basic, with room to grow
- Resources will
be provided for implementation (examples, training, etc)
- No official
“must be completed by” date, but rather "due diligence"
or "good faith effort" to complly
- The draft will
be vetted through the Division's webmasters.
5. Division

- DETS has contracted
with Creative Services for
- a logo design
- a new home
page and design and templates for the next two layers
- DETS will define
audiences, architecture, and content
- DETAG provided
suggestions for the "channels" (or "audiences" or "portals"....pick
your lingo)
