Using the Equipment

Portable Equipment  
  • Each of these items can be taken to sites both on and off campus.
  • All items are housed in 101 Watauga Hall, the office of the Distance Education Coordinator. Once an item has been reserved through GroupWise or email, it will be available for pick-up at 101 Watauga Hall. If arrangements have not been made in advance with Leslie Dare for pick up, then check with staff in 101 Holladay Hall.
  • Each item comes with a carrying case, necessary cables, manufacturer's instructions, additional instructions and other accessories. Additional assistance on the use of equipment can be arranged through Leslie Dare.
  • These items are for employees of the Division only; these items are not available to student groups.
  • Users and their departments are responsible for the care and safety of equipment used. Expenses incurred due to damages or loss will be the responsibility of the borrowing unit. The Division will bear the responsibility and cost of warranties, insurance, maintenance and upgrades.
