NOTES:
-
If there is someone
on Campus with the same three initials as you who already has
access to the mainframe and/or Sybase, the "[yyy]"
portion of your ID (per the ACS standard) will be your first
initial, then your last initial, then the next available numeral,
starting with the numeral 1.
-
If there is someone
on Campus with the same first and middle initials as you (and
whose first six characters of their last name is the same as
yours) who already has a Unity account, the last character of your
last name in the "[123456]" portion of your Unity ID
(per the IT standard) will be substituted with the next available
numeral, starting with the numeral 1.
