Instructions for DETAG Members

1. Refresh your knowledge about ETF by reviewing the Proposal Instructions and the Proposal Template.
2. Read each proposal listed below.
3. For each proposal, complete the Review Guide document to provide a summary of your analysis of the proposal.
4. Bring the proposals, and the Review Guide document you have completed for each proposal, to the November 1, 2006 DETAG meeting.
5. Be prepared to provide feedback and discuss each proposal during the November 1 meeting.
6. After all proposals have been discussed, each DETAG member will provide an anonymous, confidential vote regarding each proposal (yes/no) and a priority ranking for all "yes" votes.
