Services

• Provide quality care to students with musculoskeletal injuries, acute or chronic pain, limited motion, weakness or post-surgical rehabilitation needs
  
  
• Promote wellness and injury prevention to those students at risk for injury

Eligibility

• Any student with a prescription less than 30 days old from a health care provider is eligible for services.

Fees

• Each visit is billed to your student account.
• If you have the student insurance plan, charges are covered at 100%. (Other plans will reimburse you according to their out-of-network fees.)
• Contact your individual insurance carrier for detailed reimbursement information.
