Shape Up State is a program sponsored by the Professional Growth Committee (PGC) in the Division of Student Affairs. The goal of the program is promote the benefits of exercise and health wellness. Each year, staff members in the Division can earn points by logging in their physical activities into the system throughout the year. Staff members with the highest point totals will be recognized at the End of Year program.
