Welcome to the Student Affairs Research and Assessment (SARA) web site. This site has been designed to provide information to NC State University Student Affairs faculty and staff. You will find information on all the areas for which SARA is responsible. This includes assessment, planning, program evaluation, and research. In addition, you will find data and decisions made for various units and at the Division level in the Division Data section.

SARA has gone through a number of changes over the last two years. One significant change was the addition of planning for the Division to the SARA agenda in the spring of 2006. In addition, the office represents the Division on a number of special initiatives and committess such as the GER Taskforce, University Assessment Committee, Retention Taskforce, and the LITRE Assessment Committee that are related in some way to assessment and planning.
