The North Carolina State University Educational Talent Search Program is a federally funded program whose mission is to provide equal access to quality education without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, disability or orientation.

Educational Talent Search Seeks to introduce concepts, philosophies and methods of various academic, cultural and career disciplines, enhance confidence, and self-direction, and create awareness and understanding of a culturally diverse society.
