The
Division of Student Affairs is now engaged in Technology
Planning. The Distance Education/Technology Advisory
Group (DETAG) has
developed the following documents, which have been approved
by Vice Chancellor Stafford.

Duties - Technology Coordinator
Documents minimum responsibilities for those
charged with serving as the Technology Coordinator
for any department, unit or program. (Includes
basic LANTech duties as required by ETSS.)

Duties - Webmaster
Documents minimum responsibilities for those
charged with serving as the Webmaster for any
department, unit or program.

- Departmental
Technology Checklist
A "fill in the blank" form that each
department must complete. DETS and DETAG will consult with each
department to provide assistance in completing
the form. This will likely be converted to an
online form in the near future.
