Flyspace

Flyspace is the new student collaborative labspace located in the Talley Student Center Wolves' Den. This labspace has been developed in response to student need for computer lab space where group work and discussion is not only allowed but encouraged. There are two of these Flyspace lab rooms in Talley equipped to accommodate up to 6 students each. These labs include:

  • Two Unity lab Windows PC's
  • Large LCD flat panel screen
  • Whiteboards
  • Phone
  • Connectivity for laptops

Flyspace is available to be reserved in advance by any student with a Unity ID. To reserve time in either lab, please refer to the Flyspace Reservation Form.

If you are a person with a disability and require any services or accommodations to use Flyspace, please contact Talley Reservation and Events Management at 5-2249 during the hours of 9AM and 4PM at least 1 business day prior to your reservation.

Flyspace Guidelines

  • Flyspace may be reserved in advance by any student, faculty or staff with a Unity ID. Check for availability via the online Flyspace calendar.
  • Flyspace is reserved in two-hour blocks.
  • Flyspace availability is dependent upon Talley Student Center's operational schedule. Refer to the calendar for opening and closing times.
  • Reservations take priority; Flyspace users without a reservation will be required to relinquish the room to those with a reservation.
  • Flyspace reservations can be made up to six months in advance.
  • The Flyspace rooms will remain unlocked during the school semester (including during exams). When school is not in session, the rooms will be locked. Contact the game room attendant to have the doors opened for you. Reservations continue to be encouraged.
  • Flyspace users must adhere to the university's Computer and Network Use Regulations and Rules.
