Reservation Procedures: Student Organizations
Student Organization’s Reservation Request Acceptance
In order to promote fairness, the Talley Student Center will be accepting student organization’s reservations in the same manner as last year, per lottery, for reservations for the academic year 2008-2009. The following is the procedure:
Organizations in line at 8:15am on February 19, 2008 will draw a number; only one number can be drawn per organization. The number in which the organization draws is the order that the reservation request will be placed. Anyone that arrives after the numbers have been drawn will fall in order after the last drawn number has been taken care of.
Also, you may turn in your request through the online reservation form, fax, or mail. Requests submitted in person will take precedence over online forms, faxes, or mail submitted at 8:15am. Reservation requests sent via e-mail or fax will be numbered in order in which they are received after the lottery has taken place.
Reservations submitted before 8:15am on February 19, 2008 will not be accepted and will be discarded.
As always, please make sure that you have your reservation requests filled out and ready to be handed in. Reservation forms are located at
