Catering & Event Services

Reservations for Witherspoon and Harrelson are being accepted for Fall 2013 (August 21, 2013 - December 20, 2013) starting on Tuesday, March 12. Please submit a Reservation Form and send to the Catering and Event Services office through Friday, March 15.

Talley Student Center will be closed due to construction starting May 12, 2013 and throughout the Fall 2013 semester. We are accepting Special Event reservations requests for February 2014 on Tuesday, March 12. Please submit a Special Event Reservation Form and send to the Catering and Event Services office. These requests will be confirmed later into the semester after confirming the construction schedule. Please contact us (919-515-2249) if you have questions or concerns regarding your reservation requests.

The Catering & Event Services office assists individuals and organizations who want to arrange for meeting and conference space, equipment, and catering in Talley and Witherspoon Student Centers. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Please review the "User Reference Guide" for directions on creating a user account and submitting a reservation. New user accounts are approved Mon - Fri, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
