The Catering & Event Services office assists individuals and organizations who want to arrange for meeting and conference space, equipment, and catering in Talley and Witherspoon Student Centers. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

It is a very exciting time for us in Talley Student Center as we continue with construction and renovation. Please keep this in mind when making reservations for Fall 2012. Starting this Spring and continuing through the end of 2014, we will be part of a construction site that will likely be noisy at different times of the day and evening. It will be difficult for us to determine exactly when it will be noisy and when it won't be noisy. And in an effort to complete the project on time and on budget, we are hesitant to ask the contractors to quiet down or to stop working. We appreciate your patience through this construction process and know that in the end it will be worth the inconvenience our clients may endure.

Additionally, the meeting rooms on the north side of Talley (3106, Green, Blue, Brown) will be unavailable Monday to Friday before 6:00 p.m. to accommodate our construction schedule.

2. The Stewart Theatre in the Talley Student Center, please go to www.ncsu.edu/arts/stewart.

Reservations

We have now upgraded to a 'virtual' reservation process.
Please review the "User Reference Guide" for directions on creating a user account and submitting a reservation. New user accounts are approved Mon - Fri, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
