Student Health Services accepts the following forms of payment:

• Billed to Student Account
• Cash or Check
• Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa)
• Third Party Insurance

*Prescriptions for post-doctorate students, faculty and staff who attend travel clinic must be paid at the time of service

Electronic Filing of Insurance
We have negotiated individual contracts with a large number of insurance companies to file insurance claims electronically. To verify that your insurance company provides this service, please give us a call or bring your insurance card by the Pharmacy. You may also fax a copy of your card, front and back, to (919) 515-5040.
