Allergy Immunotherapy Program

Student Health offers allergy injections administered by registered nurses in the Allergy Clinic. We do not do allergy testing. What we do is administer the injections following your allergy doctor's orders and instructions.

**Injections cannot be given if we do not have all completed forms.

1. Have your allergist fill out the following forms. Bring the completed forms to your first visit.

After you have received at least one injection from your current doctor's office, you may call Student Health Services’ Appointment Line at (919) 515-7107 and schedule an appointment as a new allergy patient. This first appointment will be with both an Allergy Clinic nurse and a doctor to establish you in the program. **Remember to bring your doctors orders and your serum to this appointment.
