Welcome to NCSU International Travel Clinic
Our providers and nurses work together with you to provide complete informative introduction to world travel. Our goal is to help travelers have a safe, healthy and fun trip abroad. We provide comprehensive personalized recommendations, medications and vaccinations according to each traveler's health needs and itinerary. Our services also include: Travel First Aid Kit World Health Organization Pocket Immunization Record Travel slide show with interactive discussion about your travel destination with Travel Nurse. Travel Health Insurance Information How to Register 1. Complete online registration as soon as possible. Student Registration Form Faculty/Staff Registration & Health Forms Faculty and Staff must complete two separate forms. 2. Travel staff will contact you within five working days to schedule your appointment. If you do not hear from us, please contact us at travel_clinic@ncsu.edu. 3. The fee for the Travel Clinic is as follows: Students: $45, plus cost of immunization Faculty/Staff: $75, plus cost of immunization No-Show: $15 4. Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $15 no-show fee. 5.
