To provide affordable, accessible and high quality primary health care to those eligible for services, and provide a comprehensive disease-prevention and health promotion program to the NC State community.

When Student Health is Closed
To access telephone medical advice fall and spring semesters call 515-2563 and follow instructions or visit an urgent care or emergency room of your choice. In a medical emergency, call Campus Police at 515-3333, use the blue light emergency phones located throughout campus, or call 9-1-1. Charges incurred are the responsibility of the student.

Students who are covered by the NC State Student or Post Doc Medical Plans should contact Hill, Chesson and Woody at 645-0240 to receive instructions for filing a claim under the Rex Hospital Emergency Room benefit.
