PLEASE NOTE: A lot of our travelers need physical exams as part of their travel/visa requirements.

Our basic Travel Clinic appointment DOES NOT include a physical exam. If you need a physical exam as part of your travel needs, please let us know in advance so we can schedule your visit accordingly.

Registration Information

1. PLEASE REGISTER ASAP: We recommend registering 6-8 weeks before travel. Most vaccines take 10-30 days to become effective/protective.

Remember to let us know if you need a physical exam with your travel appointment.

2. Travel staff will contact you within five working days to schedule your appointment. *

3. Fees for Travel Clinic:

• Students: $45, plus cost of immunization(s)
• Faculty/Staff: $75, plus cost of immunization(s)
• Physical Exam: $42 for exam and completing forms
• No-Show: $15

4. Please give 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $15 no-show fee.
