Taking care of your self is an important part of being successful as a student.  This means eating healthy, getting exercise, dealing with conflict, and learning to manage stress.  Take a look below to find a stress self-assessment and tips on managing stress, along with other links to information on nutrition, exercise, relationships, and conflict.

Nutrition

Visit the NCSU Health Promotion page for information on eating healthy, vitamins, women's nutrition, and information for vegetarians.  In addition, health educators are available for individual consultation regarding healthy eating and weight loss.  Call Stephanie Sobol at 515-9355.

The American Council on Exercise offers information on general fitness, exercise, weight, sports, and more!
