Customized Data Collection
The PSI-BT instrument can be customized to meet the individual needs of your educational system. Options include the development of specific demographic items as well as other customized questions related directly to beginning teacher induction and support.
Demographic Items
We offer a list of demographic items that your educational system can choose from, or you can supplement these items with those of your own choosing. A SUCCEED staff representative will work with you to create items that will work for your educational system's needs. The full administrative option includes dissagregating the data for two of these items.
Institution Specific Items
SUCCEED provides educational systems the option to have five institution specific items that are meant to assess the beginning teacher's induction and support. The SUCCEED staff representative will work with your system to write items that will provide important data to your system.
