As a faculty member at NC State University, Dr. Barbieri has a split appointment as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management and as a Tourism Extension Specialist.

Speciality: Sustainable Tourism

For the last five years Carla was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism in the School of Natural Resources at the University of Missouri. Carla, her husband and their two sons are making their home in Cary, N.C.
