Before you make an appointment, be sure to carefully read the policies and procedures outlined below.

• Students are expected to arrive on time, to be prepared for the session, to participate actively, and to stay for the entire prearranged session time. Students who arrive more than 10-minutes late for an appointment will receive a no show.
• Students may make appointments up to two weeks in advance. Students may make up to one appointment per day and up to two appointments per week.
• Students who need to cancel an appointment must do so online by midnight the day before the appointment to avoid a penalty. Any cancellations after midnight are counted as a no show. We do appreciate being informed, however. You may call 515-3163 to let us know.
• After two "no shows" students will lose the privilege of making appointments for the rest of the semester .
• Directions for making appointments are posted in .pdf format and demonstrated in a flash video.
