As a part of a campus-wide effort to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness, the Division of UG Academic Programs and the Division of Student Affairs are in the process of merging and will become the Division of Academic & Student Affairs. The new Division of Academic & Student Affairs now has a web presence. The primary audiences between now and July 1 include potential candidates for the Vice Chancellor & Dean of Academic & Student Affairs and current employees in the two divisions who are merging (DUAP and Student Affairs).
Undergraduate years are special. They offer students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to test their potential and explore different interests until they discover the career paths right for them. The Division of Undergraduate Academic Programs (DUAP) helps undergraduates make the most of these years at NC State by offering programs that can enhance intellectual and personal development while providing academic or career assistance. We also sponsor support services for parents and promote overall undergraduate excellence at NC State by offering colleges, departments and faculty a variety of services to enrich their curriculum or policy development.
