1. a. Students with high school credit or other knowledge of French, German, Latin, or Spanish must take a placement test to determine the appropriate level for their first course. b. Students who place into FL _ 202 or above have met the language requirement and are eligible to receive 3 hours of advanced placement credit by enrolling in the course into which they are placed and earning a grade of “C-“ or better on the first attempt. c. 14. Professional Core consists of any combination of at least15 hours with an applied theme developed in consultation with student’s advisor.
