16 Advanced Science / Technology Option.  15 credits.  Advised list of courses (preferably a Science/Technology minor) approved by advisor and CHASS Associate Dean.  Science/Technology courses used to satisfy other requirements may not be used to satisfy Advanced Science / Technology requirements.      
17 Residency Requirement: A Minimum of 15 hours in the major at NC State.  
18 Grade Point Average Requirement:  A minimum GPA of 2.0 overall and in the major is required for graduation.
