1) enrollment in optional, summer programs,
2) non-immigrant students who were issued visa documents (Form I-20 or IAP-66) by an institution other than the Office of International Scholar and Student Services at NC State University, (i.e., a student in F-1 status from a neighboring school who wishes to take a summer or elective course),
3)students in J-1 status who are enrolled in defined programs under the auspices of organizations, such as the Agency for International Development and the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations,
4) scholars in J-1 status (and whose Form IAP-66 was issued by NC State)
who wish to take one course per semester - not for seeking admission to
a degree program or for fulfilling degree requirements, but simply for
leisure or interest.
