5-4.2 EXCEPTIONS
Undergraduate student exceptions to the drop policies above require the
recommendation of a student's adviser, the departmental coordinator of
advising, or department head and approval by the dean of the student's
college. Students and advisers should check with their college dean's office
concerning forms and procedures for requesting an exception.
Graduate student exceptions to the drop policies above require
the recommendation of the chair of the student's advisory committee, the
department head, approval by the dean of the student's college, and the
dean of The Graduate School.
Undergraduate Affairs (UGA) and Post-Baccalaureate Studies (PBS) students
must obtain approval for exceptions to the drop policies through the Office
of Adult Credit Programs & Summer Sessions.
