Format Requirements

Students must submit abstracts via the web.

Abstract Length

Abstracts cannot be longer than 250 words. If you copy and paste your text from another source, please use the "Paste From Word" function in the text editor and select both "Ignore Font Face definitions" and "Remove Styles definitions".

Presentation

All students will give poster presentations.

Only materials that are 36" x 48" maximum can be mounted on the provided 42" x 48" easel board, along with the provided pushpins, are allowed for poster presentations.

Students may choose Session 1 (10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) or Session 2 (12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.). However, the final decision as to session assignment will be made by the symposium chairperson if too many posters fall into one session.
