IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note that Symposium registration does NOT include hotel accommodation. Recommended hotels are listed here, but all attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. For questions regarding these arrangements, please contact your travel provider directly. NCSUAS staff do not have access to attendees' travel information.

Individual Registration
Early Registration - $275 per person	Postmark Deadline: February 20, 2009
Regular Registration - $295 per person	Postmark Deadline: March 27, 2009
Late Registration - $345 per person*	*Late registration is available on a first-serve basis. Please note: the group discount is not available during late registration.

Group Registration
The group discount applies to groups of 3 or more from the same institution. Registrations must be submitted together to qualify for the group discount. Group discount does not apply to late registration, pre-Symposium workshops, or NCSU registrations.*

Early Registration - $247.50 per person*	Postmark Deadline: February 20, 2009
Regular Registration - $265.50 per person*	Postmark Deadline: March 27, 2009
Late Registration - N/A

Pre-Symposium Concurrent Workshops
These optional workshops run concurrently on Friday morning, April 24, 2009.

Workshop Registration - $80 per person* *Symposium Registration required for workshop registration.	Postmark deadline: March 27, 2009. Registration fee includes continental breakfast and lunch.
Late Workshop Registration - $100 per person	Workshops are also open to the public during Late Registration on a first-come, first-served basis. No Symposium registration is required.

Presenter Registration
Up to three discounted registrations of $150 will be given per presentation for presenters. After this, the group rate discount of 10% will be applied for up to two more co-presenters.
Early Registration - $150 per person	Postmark Deadline: February 20, 2009
The presenter discount is not available during regular and late registration; regular individual and group rates apply.

Consulting
This popular complimentary service is available to all Early Registrants. Space is limited; register early!	Postmark Deadline: February 20, 2009

Transfer, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
All cancellation and transfer requests must be made in writing.
Cancellation request made prior to March 27, 2009:	Full refund of Symposium and Workshop fees.
Cancellation request made between March 27 and April 10, 2009:	Partial refund of Symposium and Workshop fees, minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellation request made after April 10, 2009:	No refund of Symposium or Workshop fees. Registration may be transferred.

Transfer request made before April 23, 2009:	Registration may be transferred to another attendee. Replacement registrant must complete and submit a registration form in addition to written notice of the transfer.
Transfer request made on or after April 23, 2009:	Transfers cannot be processed during the Symposium.
