Do you wonder if faculty, staff, and administrators are interested in your success? Wonder no more.

The Office of Undergraduate Retention Services (OURS) coordinates the dialogue regarding student success at NC State. The office coordinates efforts relating to student retention and graduation by collaborating with the academic and nonacademic units directly responsibile for student retention, to identify, understand, and recommend ways of adressing factors relating to undergraduate student success. The office also maintains online resources that showcase best practices and initiatives.

An institutional council, known as the Advisory Council for Enhancing Student Success (ACCESS) and made up of representatives from the undergraduate colleges and divisions, serves as the office's main partner. This Council studies institutional phenomena and recommends viable strategies to improve NC State's student retention and graduation rates to the provost.

There are various other committees and offices that also examine institutional policies, processes, and practices.
