Creative Services can recommend professional scriptwriters
from a pool of experienced and dependable free-lancers.
Clients are charged at actual cost unless staff re-write
time is required.
Creative
Services offers a remote production capability consisting
of two production vehicles and all necessary equipment
including Betacam SP recorders and cameras, wireless
and wired microphones, Lowel DP, Omni, Rifa and Softlight
packages, reflectors, stands and dolly track. A 20-foot
camera boom is available at extra charge.
Normal
crew consists of a videographer and producer. Additional
free-lance crew may be required and is charged at
prevailing rate to the client.
Travel
and per-diem charges are billed at cost to client
and mileage is charged at $0.35 per mile per vehicle.
Tape stock is charged at actual cost.
Post-Production
Non-linear computer-based off-line editing is available
on Creative Services' Media 100 Editor. On-line editing
is offered on our Media 100 system, complete with
After Effects and Boris Effects transition editing.
Video
compression and export is available in many formats--Quicktime,
RealPlayer, MPEG, and others--utilizing Media Cleaner
Pro software.

Design
Creative Services offers Web and CD-ROM design that
are supported by our video and graphic design staff.
Rates are usually at $45 an hour but are quoted on a
per project basis. Administrative fees could be incurred
at $100 an hour.
Graphic Design
Creative Services has a staff of three graphic designers
that offer not only design but expert knowledge of
the printing industry. Projects range from invitations,
brochures, annual reports, to logos, posters, display
booth graphics. Design rates are $45 an hour. The
designers can also offer printing quotes without markup
and handle press checks at the vendors site.
