USP Alumni
University Scholars Program : USP Alumni

Dear Alumni University Scholars:

Whether you graduated from NC State in 1980 or 2007, we are happy that you were a part of the University Scholars Program (USP)...or the Residential Scholars Program, as it used to be called, for you real old-timers! As NC State continues to grow and change, you will always be an important part of the fabric of the life and history of this campus and of the USP.

The USP would like to stay in touch with our graduates, to share information between alums about your work and families, and to provide some occasional updates about current USP activities. We now offer an Alumni Survey that allows you to submit this information and that gives you the option of being included in an on-line directory of University Scholars who have graduated.

Additionally, if you have been trying to think of an appropriate way to support your alma mater, please consider contributing to the University Scholars Program. A special fund has been set up for this purpose in the NC State Foundation, and you can indicate the account # on your check: 140264. If you work for a matching gift company please send along the appropriate form so that your gift can be matched by your company. Your personal contribution is fully tax-deductible, and can be sent directly to the USP office at the following address:

I hope that as you review the University Scholars Program website you will be impressed by the growth and maturation that has occurred. The success of this program has always been made possible because of the quality, hard work, vision, and commitment of individuals like you. And please remember, we are always open to your suggestions for future improvements!

Best wishes for continued success,
Alex Miller
