E. Carroll Joyner Visitor Center

The front door to North Carolina State University, the E. Carroll Joyner Visitor Center provides key information to potential NC State students and their families. The building's 2,400-square-foot rotunda features interactive multimedia kiosks, a mini-theater, gallery space and a service desk with a variety of information about life at NC State and the surrounding area.
A part of the university's Enrollment Management & Services division, the Visitor Center is staffed by student ambassadors eager to provide assistance with:
-
directions to locations on campus
-
information about parking on campus
-
academic & campus life brochures
-
assistance in contacting someone on campus
-
updates on university happenings
-
a student's perspective on campus life
Daily information sessions for prospective undergraduate students are held at the Visitor Center. To reserve a seat, please visit the Undergraduate Admissions website, register for a WolfPaw account, and select available dates for both information sessions and campus tours.
Groups of 10-100 may arrange personalized visits by submitting a request form.
When not in use for recruitment activities, our Visitor Center is available for rental by campus-affiliated groups. Interested groups should contact the Visitor Center staff.
