WISE Tutoring
Women in the WISE Program take many of the same core mathematics and science classes. WISE women are encouraged to study together, especially in WISE Study Groups.
WISE offers free tutoring in Calculus, Chemistry and Physics, three nights a week in Lee Hall. It is a time set aside for WISE women to study together with the assistance of their mentors and tutors.
The Fall 2011 WISE tutoring/study group schedule is listed below:
- Sundays 7-9 PM, Lee Hall Classroom
- Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-10 PM, Lee Hall Classroom
- The first day of tutoring for the Spring semester Tuesday, January 17, 2012
- The last day of tutoring for the Fall semester will be Thursday, May 3, 2012.
- Current WISE tutors - Kendre Kessler, Jasmine Jarvis, Kaitlyn Tucker, and Minh Hoang
