Mini-Grants
Proposals are due Friday, June 1, 2012
North Carolina Sea Grant (NCSG), in partnership with The Water Resources Research Institute of the University of North Carolina (WRRI), is providing competitive funding for research with a strong relevance to the land-sea margin of North Carolina.
We invite proposals for 1-year projects, with budgets up to $20k in grant funds. Indirect costs may not be charged, and no matching funds are required. Projects must focus on a significant aspect of the connection between NC coastal waters and the fresh water inputs they receive. The project activities need not be precisely equal between fresh and marine waters but the connection between fresh and marine must be clear and significant, and represent the central focus of the project.
