Government/Non-Profit Registration Fee: $125

Full payment must be included with Exhibitor Contract (checks and Visa/Mastercard accepted).
Refunds and cancellations must be requested in writing by the registration deadline noted above.

Exhibit Area Hours
First Day: October 8, 2008

• 8:00 am – 9:00 am Set up exhibits
• 8:00 am – 9:00 am Registration
• 10:00 am-10:30 am Morning Break in exhibit area
• 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm Afternoon Break in exhibit area
• 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Exhibitor/Poster Reception

Second Day: October 9, 2008

• 10:00 am – 10:30 am Morning Break in exhibit area
• 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Take down exhibits and posters
• All exhibits and posters must be removed by 5:00pm.

• Exhibit areas will be assigned on a first come – first served basis.
• The Exhibitor fee covers registration for one representative only. Additional representatives must register separately and pay the full registration rate.
• The Exhibitor Fee does not include hotel accommodations. View our web site for hotel accommodation information.
• All exhibits must be confined to assigned space and cannot impede the flow through the exhibit area or obstruct the view of another exhibit.
• Breaks will be provided near exhibit areas.
• Exhibitors are to be available during the specified times.
