Space will not be held without pre-payment. We will send you a confirmation of your registration. We accept both check and credit card payment.

Please follow guidelines strictly. We may not be able to accommodate exhibits that do not conform to guidelines. Vendors should bring displays with them when they arrive and take displays with them when they leave. You may pick up your name tag(s) and registration materials at the registration desk and set up your exhibitor booth beginning at 8:00 am on November 4th at the Crowne Plaza in Hickory, NC.
