On any given night there are 12,500 homeless individuals in North Carolina. In cities across our state, we pass people sleeping on benches and we notice lines at shelters, yet the stories, faces and experiences of the individuals are often lost in the shuffle. This exhibit illuminates the people experiencing homelessness, and brings us closer to what it means to be homeless and what it means to overcome it.
This exhibition will travel tot Asheville for the month of September. Details to come.
