Professor of Architecture book gone international

Alumni Distinguished Professor of Architecture J. Patrick Rand’s book “Architectural Detailing” has gone international. “Architectural Detailing” has been translated and published in the French language by a publisher in Montreal. Visiting Teaching Fellow featured in Metropolis Magazine and Architectural Record for Better Brick win

Visiting Teaching professor Ginger Krieg Dosier was featured in Metropolis Magazine for winning the Better Brick: 2010 Next Generation competition. Krieg Dosier, a young American architect, was able to bioengineer a brick that is modest in physical scale but has the potential for global impact.

Architecture Alumnus article and project published in Evolo Magazine

Alumnus Ted Givens (’95 BEDA) was recently published in the Spring 2010 issue of Evolo Magazine for his project for a residential tower that turns pollution into water. The article is a critique of a new Morphosis project. Givens has also won four competitions in China in 2009 with RMJM in Hong Kong.
