Once students are admitted to the PhD in Design program, they are subject to the policies and procedures of the NC State University Graduate School and the College of Design. These regulations and practices are outlined in Student and Faculty Handbooks. The Graduate School Handbook may be accessed through the web at: www.fis.ncsu.edu/grad_publicns/handbook/.

The College of Design PhD Student and Faculty Handbook is on the attached PDF and may be downloaded and printed. Students and faculty are cautioned that the College of Design excerpts sections from the Graduate School document and only updates its information annually. The Graduate School Handbook will be the most complete and accurate description of many policies and procedures.
