This project focused on the potential changes to neighborhoods and commercial areas in and around New Bern, NC. Digital imaging techniques were used to create photo-realistic visualizations of the potential changes. Each change was "layered" in the image for that several options for the degree or implementation of the changes could be visualized.

    Existing Condition

Proposed
The city wanted to reduce the number and height of the signs related to a car lot. The solution combined some of the redundant signs and lowered their height to reduce visual polution, but still allow the dealership to advertise.
