  • Gregg Museum — Our on-campus art and design museum makes its collections and activities freely accessible to the university, community and public.
  • Managed Print Services (WolfCopy) — This program provides equipment and service to meet each department’s printing, copying, scanning and faxing needs.
  • Materials Management — This department helps faculty and staff with purchasing, printing, recycling and storage.
  • McKimmon Center for Extension and Continuing Education — This facility offers learning opportunities and professional meeting venues for the university and the larger community.
  • Office of Finance and Administration — This office is comprised of units responsible for managing and developing the university’s physical, financial and human resources.
  • Office of Institutional Research and Planning — In collaboration with the university community, this office provides data to inform and support decision-making across campus.
  • Office Supplies and Equipment (MarketPlace) — Approved buyers can shop online for goods and services through this self-service procurement tool.
  • Onboarding Center for New Hires — For new faculty and staff hires, the center provides information and support for navigating their first year at NC State.
  • Optical Mark Reading Services — This group provides Scantron (bubble sheet) services for exam and quiz scoring, evaluations for course and faculty members, and multiple-choice surveys.
  • Purchase Card (PCard) — Approved faculty and staff members receive a university credit card for business-related purchases and payments.
  • Print and Copy Services (Wolf Xpress) — Departments and instructors use this on-campus service to print course materials, posters, brochures and books.
  • Recycling — Find out how to properly dispose of common items used on campus.
  • Sponsored Programs and Regulatory Compliance Services (SPARCS) — This unit oversees proposal submissions, agreement negotiations and project funding.
  • State Club — The State Club is a members-only dining and event venue located in the Park Alumni Center on Centennial Campus.
  • University Club — The University Club is a members-only dining and recreation venue for faculty, staff and alumni.
  • University Communications and Marketing — NC State’s dedicated communications agency provides leadership, strategy, services and support for internal and external communications.
  • University Recreation — This department provides programs, services and facilities to support healthy, active lifestyles.
  • Wellness — Wolfpack Wellness promotes physical and emotional health, career satisfaction, financial security, social support and community involvement.
  • Wolfpack One Card — Every faculty and staff member receives a campus ID card which can be used to enter buildings, check out library materials and make purchases.
