Personal assets including automobiles, homes (and/or its contents) are valuable, and should be protected. NC State, through Travelers Auto and Home Insurance Company, offers several plans to keep assets safe.

What Benefits Are Available?
NC State provides eligible employees access to auto, home, and renter's insurance at reasonable rates, through Travelers' Auto and Home Insurance Company. Premiums are conveniently payroll-deducted and a local agent is on campus every Wednesday to meet with employees.
Eligibility to participate in these benefit programs begins with a permanent employment status of at least .50 FTE (20 hours per week) with a minimum contract period of 9 months per year.
Where Can I Obtain More Information?
A representative from Providence Insurance Agency, Inc. schedules appointments on campus to meet with employees. The agent will meet on a one-on-one basis with interested employees to discuss insurance plan options and facilitate the enrollment process. Here's how to obtain more information.
