|Directs the team of Talent Consultants providing effective and purposeful HR solutions to university hiring officials through SHRA position design, classification, and compensation, as well as SHRA and EHRA recruitment and hiring. He develops and oversees the programs associated with recruitment and selection for Faculty, EHRA Non-Faculty, and SHRA positions. Other areas of responsibility include HR policy and compliance (federal, state, UNC system, etc.), spouse/partner employment, relocation services, hiring priorities, and PeopleAdmin system administration. Directs special recruitment initiatives and community outreach efforts.
