Description: This course is designed to help Kaba timekeepers, supervisors, and division payroll coordinators understand the requirements involved with verifying, maintaining, and updating employee timesheet data associated with time and labor activity. HR departmental personnel responsible for managing employee timesheets, who are utilizing Kaba, are required to attend this training course before Security Access Request (SAR) is granted.


  • Roles and responsibilities to support Kaba
  • Accessing, reviewing, and managing employee timesheets
  • How often timesheet updates occur in the HR System
  • Supervisor approval vs. non-approval timesheets
  • Time Reporting Codes (TRCs) for temp hourly employees
  • Exception Alarm (Troubleshooting and Clearing)
