Description: The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely used personality inventory in the world. Understanding characteristics unique to each person provides insight into personal preferences. These preferences include communication, decision-making, information gathering, social interaction, and work style. MBTI results identify valuable differences between people, which allow individuals to better understand themselves and their colleagues. This course is a perquisite for the MBTI Step II session, and can be customized for intact teams.
